Owner, Stylist + Colorist

Christine is a native of Slidell, Louisiana. She graduated from Slidell Beauty College in 1983. For over 35 years her passion for hairstyling has grown through motivators and mentors from Paul Mitchell’s illustrious artistic team of national educators. She became a national educator in 2000 and opened Christine Marie’s The Salon in 2007. As an educator she is certified in haircutting, hairstyling, long hair design, men’s grooming, texturizing and fashion color. Through her years of experience she has had the opportunity to assist many in hair shows, fashion events, and continued education training. She has also been a hair extension educator and is training in permanent and semi- permanent hair replacement.

Owner, Stylist + Colorist

Emily has been a hairstylist for over 17 years. She graduated from Vanguard College of Cosmetology; a Paul Mitchell partner school. Emily is a full service hairstylist with experience in hair extensions and hair replacement. She has attended many continuing education hair events as well as educating in hair extensions. Emily has worked side by side with Christine from day one. Christine is Emily’s biggest mentor. She partnered with Christine in 2010 as co-owner of Christine Marie’s The Salon. Emily feels fulfilled to be a hairstylist, salon owner, wife and mother.

Stylist + Colorist

Kayla has had a passion for the hair and beauty industry most of her life. She has been licensed over 17 years and in that time has developed a talent for many different hair techniques including long hair, specialty color and up-dos. She believes in continued education and strives to stay up to date with new trends and provide excellent experiences for her clientele. Kayla loves making each one of her guests feel and look beautiful. She places high value on listening to each client’s individual needs and respecting their hair. She loves the team that she gets the privilege to work with at Christine Marie’s and when she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and her adorable Frenchie dog.

Stylist + Colorist

Angel is an amazingly talented hair stylist. She graduated from the Academy of Creative Hair Design, featuring Paul Mitchell, in 2001. In her over 20 years experience, she has worked at a variety of salons. Christine Marie’s The Salon has been blessed with her since 2015. She is an asset to our salon, as she brings many years experience and much talent. She is very gifted in razor cutting and short pixie cuts. In her spare time, Angel enjoys gardening and is an animal lover. Her clients always enjoy getting to visit with her during their appointments.

Stylist + Colorist

Catherine is a sweet, talented, and experienced hair stylist. She graduated from Paul Mitchell in 2010. She is well-rounded in all of her hair services. She has learned a lot from Christine during her years employed at Christine Marie’s The Salon. She took a brief break from doing hair to have her two beautiful boys, but has come back in full swing, and is just as talented as ever. She is always trying to learn whatever she can from all the experienced stylists that she works with at Christine Marie’s The Salon. When Catherine is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, as well as focusing on being a co-youth pastor with her husband. You are sure to be in good hands when booking with Catherine

Salon Manager

Renee is our very knowledgeable jack of all trades! She runs the reception desk, manages behind the scenes, and is there to lend a helping hand wherever is needed. She has been with us since 2014. She has a Bachelors degree in Sociology, which she uses in her everyday interactions with our guests. Her customer service skills are phenomenal. She will always make you feel welcomed and greet you with a smile upon arrival to Christine Marie’s The Salon.
